*FINDING THE TAP TO USE ON YOUR TRANSFORMER
1. ENTER NAME LOCATION (Group fixtures within a reasonable proximity of each other and name their location)
2. ENTER RUN LENGTH (Measure the run length from the farthest fixture to the transformer)
3. ENTER TOTAL WATTAGE (Add all bulb wattage on that run. Be sure not to exceed the recommended wattage on the run)
4. ENTER SUM OF LINE 2 X LINE 3 (Multiply the run length by the total wattage)
5. ENTER THE SUM OF LINE 4 X 2 (Multiply the sum of line 3 times by 2)
6. SELECT THE WIRE SIZE CONSTANT
7. ENTER THE SUM OF LINE 5 DIVIDED BT LINE 6
8. ADD THE SUM OF LINE 7 TO 12
9. WRAP A DIFFERENT COLOR TAPE AROUND THE WIRE AT THE TRANSFORMER TO IDENTIFY THE RUN AND ENTER
10. DOCUMENT STATUS OF CONNECTION
